The steak fingers, onion rings, and BBQ was great. Also, the store was clean!

Hi :) I rather enjoy Dairy Queen. I’ve been going to Dairy Queen ever since I was a kid. I did not know about this Dairy Queen establishment until a former colleague told me about it. When I wanted a Cherry Limeade with a Sundae and a hot hamburger meal, I would go to Braums because it was in close proximity, or so I thought. When I came to this establishment, it was almost as I walked into a time capsule of late ‘90s, early 2000s’ and I loved it. I was appreciative of how the place looked like. It looked the same, no new changes. It made me think that some things just don’t need a makeover. They just need to be let be. For example, earlier today, I went to the Walmart on Cooper and let me tell you that Walmart has probably been there way before I was born and I was born in 2002 ;). However, I remember going to Walmart as a kid and walking into the big red building, with my 3 siblings and my mom on our weekly grocery run. When we would pass by the electronics section, no touching, but looking. There used to be mini tvs at the top displaying different types of video games, including a lineup of game consoles at waist length, where you could “test-drive” the game before buying. How cool is that? When visiting Walmart today, it wasn’t there anymore, but for some reason I could vividly remember it being there when I was a kid. Now, it is now a long display of DVD movies and tv shows of where you can choose from, but man how nostalgic it was walking through that aisle and taking a walk down memory lane. Dairy Queen gives me nostalgia. I am thankful that I can come to this Dairy Queen and get a nice hot meal with a Sundae and Cherry Limeade. ;) Also, see nothing has changed, it’s as is. If you would like a hamburger, an ice cold drink, and a Blizzard and sit in an establishment that reminds you of the late 90’s and early 2000s’, this Dairy Queen is your best bet. Furthermore, the customer service is top-tier, attentive and makes everything fresh. I hope you all will try this “old school, vintage” Dairy Queen and enjoy its quality. Small, but nice.

Consistently the slowest service anywhere in town. Doesn't matter what you order, or how busy it is, I've shown up just for a single soft serve and was told to pull around and had to wait more than 20 minutes, makes no sense, employees aren't particularly helpful or caring either.

Extremely warm in restaurant. Staff continuously having to re ask customers what their order is. Waiting for extremely long time. Tables dirty with debris. Just poorly ran in general. Would not recommend.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this Dairy Queen. I always love a blizzard, but it takes 45 minutes to get one, even if there is only 2 cars in front of you at the drive through. It’s honestly not worth coming here unless you have loads of time on your hands.
