  I went in around 8:15pm to get a bowl and got my usual. The lady in front of me had asked for extra cheese and they had used the cheese that was left in the container and also took her bowl to the back to get some more cheese. When they got to my bowl, I had asked for extra cheese as well and the girl serving told me they were “out” and said it would be a wait. I told her okay and proceeded to check out. When I paid for everything, they told me they were completely out so I ended up going to another Chipotle down the street to get some cheese. My friend decided that he wanted some Chipotle as well at around 10pm so we went back. When we walked in, guess what they had? CHEESE!!!! Lol. The manager, Camila, said she remembered me and that she had to make it when it slowed down. No apology or nothing which is a little crazy. I’m not one to complain really but the inconvenience and lies had really upset me and there was no accountability. It’s not the end of the world but at the same time they should be prepared for a dinner rush. They seemed like they were low on a lot of things and were already skimping on the bowls but then to lie is where the problem lies.

  This place was a disaster. We ordered online through the app. We walked in and the place was a mess. Trash overflowing. Tables not clean. And the food line look like it exploded. We walked up and told young lady behind the counter that we were there for a pick up order. We end up waiting for another 10 minutes. Because of how messy the place was, we decided to take the order home to eat. We live 20 minutes away. So by the time we got home and opened our order, we found out that our order was incorrect. One of our Bowls was correct, but the other one was not. And it was too late to turn around and go back and get it fixed. Luckily my husband's bowl was correct. I went ahead and ate the incorrect one even though it's not what I wanted. The sad part was our order stickers on the outside were labeled correctly but not the inside. This will be the last time I order or go to this particular Chipotle again. As much as you charge, you should be able to afford older employees A livable wage to work there, and not teenagers who don't care. Only one actually had a smile on their face.

  Paid for soggy stale chips that tasted like they were 3 days old. Also had pieces of crumbs of food in the chip bag. Disappointed

  The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

  I have been a 20+ year Chipotle customer. Not sure what is going on with them as of late. I have been to 3 different locations in the past month and everyone has had 90% of the tables being dirty or the drink area a mess, floors with food all over etc. Have never seen the trash piled this high however. Very disappointing to see. The food has always been great and the staff too. No problems with any of that. But it seems like EVERY location looks trashed inside. Maybe I am just lucky (or unlucky) and catch it when only when I am there. I don't know. Have just seen it a lot lately. Multiple locations. Again, the food is great. Staff is great too. Inside can do better.
