  everyone is so rude. i asked for a bigger cup for my water and the woman gave me the DIRTIEST look i have ever seen like im just trying to get more water and she acted like i was asking her to empty her wallet like what are we doing. get better employees that actually like interacting with people

  Went to the Chipotle in Mansfield on 287. The overall service here is not good. Upon entering the store, the trash can was overflowing with trash. There were multiple dirty tables, floors that needed to be swept, and a mop bucket and mop that was left out by the register and restroom. They were out of steak on the serving line, but it was already cooked and just needed to be cut. I had to wait a long time for the guy to get around to cutting the meat. He was cutting other meat first, then went to the back for a bit and came back to cut the steak. While I was waiting, a female employee came out of the back with a bowl of food and went over to the serving line area and stared talking to the guy who was supposed to cut the meat. I think that is skirting the lines of food safety guidelines. She wasn't eating the food at the time, but brought it out the back to come over to the serving line area. After waiting a long time to get a steak burrito made, the server finally started making my burrito. She scooped a shallow scoop of meat from across the table across the aisle and covered it with her hand to try to not drop it on the floor as she was not scooping from the actual serving line area, but from the table that was across the walkway where the guy was cutting meat. After all the wait time, she gave me a small portion that I believe was not the 4 oz standard. After paying when i went to sit down, the staff was made aware about the dirty dining room, and all they did was come push the trash down into the can. No one came out to wipe tables, sweep, or anything. They had at least 5-7 people on shift, and very few customers in the store, and it was a mess. There was no sense of urgency, or care throughout the process. I contacted Chipotle feedback about it and they were little to no help. Buyer beware.

  After an awful UberEats delivery where my food was not made properly. I Spoke with the Manager Maria. Not only did Maria acknowledge my concern as a customer, she also provided us with great service.

  My daughter‘s entire family got food poisoning from here. I do not recommend anyone eat at this location…. We had a four year-old up, throwing up all night- til the next day, dad had it coming out of the other end, mom, stomach upset and sick- all for 2-3 days. I don’t know what it is about this location, but I don’t think the food is safe. I stopped eating here years ago, I went in for the first time and there is a vent directly over the open food that had full drips from condensation formed and it was filled with dust!! I walked straight out and have never gone back. Hopefully that’s fixed.

  The cooking line was dirty, and the dining room was dirty. One person was working the front line. The cashier standing there was not helping the young woman. This is my second visit. The first was right when this location opened. Same situation, different day. At least the restroom was clean. Do better. Here's my receipt.
