  Nightshade energy drink. I loved the combination of the flavors. It was least expected. I also had it frozen. So....good! Can't describe it but it worked. You have the blue raspberry, lavender and pomegranate. I will for sure get it again.

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent order of an iced sugar-free mocha, which lacked the expected chocolate flavor. Despite requesting a replacement, the issue persisted, and I was informed by staff that the absence of flavor was due to the sugar-free modification. Given that I have consistently received flavorful sugar-free mochas at other locations, I find this explanation unsatisfactory and would appreciate a review of your quality standards.

  I have now had I believe 4 to 5 visits at the location in Mansfield Texas. What I’ve experienced is great service however, the consistency of the flavor of my drink has not been there. The very first visit I got an Americano with hazelnuts and a small amount of almond milk, and it was absolutely out of this world! However, the times after that it tasted very different and I honestly was not pleased with the taste. Today I changed it up and got an Americano with pumpkin and I did like it, but I would like to get to a place where I was when I had my first visit and I loved my drink.

  I thought there were two separate lines and accidentally joined the wrong one. The young women working there were very rude, accused me of cutting in line, and said, “It is what it is.” I never intended to cut in front of anyone—it was an honest misunderstanding. A little patience and courtesy would have made a big difference. Very disappointing customer service.

  I’ve had many great experiences at this Mansfield location, which is why this was so disappointing. I’ve encountered genuinely kind employees here, including one who offered to pray for me during a previous visit, which genuinely meant a lot to me. To have the complete opposite experience just a few weeks later was extremely disappointing. I ordered a “Surprise Me” 7 Energy and asked them to “make it fun.” While waiting, I heard the barista say, “And the funkiest I’m going to make it is adding some caramel. That’s about it.” Later, when she got to my order, I heard her say, “And people need to know what they want to order.” The entire point of ordering “Surprise Me” is to let the employees choose the drink. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable or anything outside of what 7 Brew offers. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded because I wasn’t comfortable purchasing the drink after hearing those comments. I then learned that the employee, Desiree, was actually a manager, which made the situation even more disappointing. I know this experience doesn’t represent every employee at this location because I’ve received wonderful service here before. However, customers shouldn’t have to listen to a manager make sarcastic comments about them while they’re sitting right there.
