  Visited this location and had amazing experience, Moe was very knowledgeable and even suggested some drinks for us to try which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended.

  This location has really taken a turn recently. I’ve been coming here for about a year, and I’ve always enjoyed seeing the baristas. My drinks were always amazing, and I used to love coming here with my kids and family. Unfortunately, the experience I’ve had this past week has been very different. My drinks have been made incorrectly several times, and when I’ve politely asked for something small to be changed, removed, or added because the drink was too sweet, I’ve been made to feel like I’m causing a problem. I understand that they have to keep the line moving, especially when it’s busy, but it’s embarrassing and uncomfortable when a request is causes so much frustration or attitude. I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location, which is why it’s disappointing to see the service change so much. I really hope things improve because this used to be a place my family and I enjoyed visiting.

  Our family has been coming here for several years, and we’ve always had a good experience—until today. Unfortunately, we encountered an employee who was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude, all because we politely pointed out that the original drink brought to us was incorrect. Mistakes happen, but there’s no reason for a customer to be treated disrespectfully when simply asking for the order to be corrected. Very disappointing experience, especially after being loyal customers for years.

  Always asking them to mix it up in something frozen and it always turns out great. It’s nice to have different things. It’s always unsweet.
