    I usually don’t write reviews, but this is probably the worst Whataburger I have been to in Texas when it comes to service. We’ll place mobile orders and if its past 9PM, it’ll take sometimes an hour or more to get your food. Sometimes they forget that you’re standing there and then you get your food cold. Same thing happens with the drive-thru with extremely long waits. As well, there have been several instances where they are forget items in your order, so then we have to wait for that to be fixed too.

    No longer a good place to go. Their food is overpriced their food is now smaller portions than ever used to be. And not cooked well and the order takers can't seem to ever get the order correct. You have to make double damn sure that you have checked the bag before you leave the store on a drive-thru I mean you have to even open the sandwiches up to make sure they gave you what you asked for I've been there so many times that they have screwed up the order. And and don't try all these new fancy sandwiches that they throw at you when you go there I tried one of those today and it was terrible in that it had absolutely zero taste I was very glad that I ordered two sandwiches today so I could throw out the rest of the one that I got that was fancy and just ate my double meat number two Whataburger sandwich which itself is a lot smaller and you still have to check it to make sure that it's the way you asked for it for instance they never put enough pickles onion and sauce you have to ask for it to get enough on it these days

    Honestly, horrible customer skills. Literally my husband had said certain items and they clearly didn’t hear it over the intercom. And they didn’t even give him everything that he had ordered, Poor communication skills ,management is horrible, and they literally just threw everything in the bag

    Ordered from Whataburger today. I love Whataburger but I didn’t expect anything outside of the usual; good food and good people but just fast food. Let me tell you, whoever is working the fry station and making the burgers today hit it out of the park. It was so good I felt compelled to not only write this but to call them and let them know how much I appreciate the good work!

    I'm 100% sure that the only people giving five-star reviews on this restaurant are people that work at the restaurant or their family members. Because the lady at the window and we will say it was about 11:30 p.m. on June 12th 2026, has the biggest attitude I have ever seen at a restaurant and not in a good way she was throwing a fit I can hear her telling her boss what she was going to do what she wasn't going to do an attitude adjustment is what she needed. Secondly I had to get a refund tonight because it took almost 30 minutes for this location to contemplate a complete order of three chicken strips with fries and Texas toast and I didn't even realize it had Texas toast until I was reading the receipt. As I was getting my refund I was finally getting my order out. I know that there were people in the restaurant dining area that have been waiting longer than I had for food. I am fully aware that you are on a time crunch through the drive-thru but my food is just as important as the people in the Drive-Thru and I didn't feel very important. I do not know why since Whataburger has decided to Branch out to other states outside of Oklahoma and Texas they cannot be the best that they used to be and don't bother cuz corporate don't give rats behind. This location needs to be checked by someone higher up that's not in the restaurant daily
