  I just ordered two hot coffee and a medium size tots, and took more than 30 minutes to get the order and I got it just because I went and asked about the order... They said they were preparing the coffee and after that they gave the the order in a hurry, coffee cup messy with coffee getting out through the lead, the little ketshup inside the bag all sticky and with a hair on it, and we had to tossed the coffee because tasted bad.

  Hi unfortunately I’m making this review after trying to settle this with the manger and supervisor. But no one has tried to resolve this in over two days. They gave me a full sugar sprite and my receipt said Sprite zero my husband is a type one diabetic and the full sugar Sprite sent him to go to the hospital. They have not offered any resolution. So very poor customer service. I hadn’t had a problem here before this but seeing as how big of a issue this was I’m ashamed in how they have treated it.
