  When I moved to Manor for work, I didn't consider my only grocery store option would be Walmart. They did a good job. When HEB rolled into town, I was so happy. I truly feel blessed to live in Manor with a brand new HEB right down the street. I was spoiled living in Kempner, TX. We had the Lampasas HEB and the Copperas Cove Super HEB, within minutes from home. I feel like Im home now in Manor. Thank you HEB!

  As always great experience, lived 20 years in East Texas. No HEB in my neck of the woods. So nice to be in San Antonio where HEB is right down the street from me.

  Let me tell you, I was having the worst day ever this past Sunday. I went to pickup my online order and was greeted very fast and spectacularly by Logan. He gave me a rose along with a HEB gift card! This young man turned my day completely around, and took great care of my groceries. 10/10 will shop again!

  Got a call at 4:15 from HEB pharmacy that it’s time to refill one of my prescriptions, so I submitted for the refill through the app. Stopped by to pick up curbside groceries on my way home so I opened the app to check on the prescription and it had disappeared from “in progress” and wasn’t showing as ready. Went to the Pharmacy drive thru and the woman who helped me was incredibly rude. No greeting or anything. Just immediately asked my date of birth so I gave it to her. Then my name. All in a tone like I was on her nerves or something. Then she goes “there’s nothing for you.” And just stared at me. So I try to explain the situation but before I can finish what I’m saying she interrupted and talked over me to say “we called and told you that your insurance doesn’t want to pay for it” again with attitude in her voice. Now I’m baffled because I haven’t gotten any calls from them other than the first one where they said it’s time to refill. I start to try and talk but again she talks over me to tell me what date the insurance will cover it but I missed what she said because she was talking over me so I had to ask her to repeat herself. She said the date again so I said “ok thank you” and then she disappeared without a word. No goodbye, no sorry we couldn’t help you, nothing. Just gone. I love HEB but I’m incredibly disappointed with the woman working in the pharmacy tonight. She needs more training on customer service. And again, I never got that second call she said I supposedly got, so if I hadn’t checked in, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. Technology needs some work there too.

  The HEB pharmacy in Manor, Texas disrespected me, in my opinion, when I was told “you just don’t understand” as I was trying to determine the cost of my medication and fill a prescription. Then the pharmacist who said he had “been listening” was no better. I had been without my medication for 6 days due to the bureaucracy between this HEB pharmacy and the Tricare Express Script Mail Order Pharmacy! This is the only pharmacy where I experienced unsympathetic and unkind treatment. Other pharmacies, CVS, Target, and even other HEB pharmacies were helpful, but not this one! I understand the current high costs of drugs but I do not like to be disrespected especially when I served this country for 30 years in the military. Although my doctor intervened and authorized an emergency 30-day prescription this pharmacy told me to come back in 3 weeks and they could tell me the cost of this medication. I plan to return in 3 weeks.
