- ACAidan ClarkeJul 2, 20263.0I go here more than I should lol I love the coffee it’s just this one time I ordered ahead and got to the store right on time with 2 cars in front of me they came out to take my order and I said I ordered ahead they said they would let them know I was in line. After taking about 10 mins with the 2 cars infront of me my frozen coffee was melted and it didn’t taste like it had two extra shots of espresso I had groceries in the car (why I ordered ahead and went thru the drive thru) so I couldn’t wait for a remake

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
