  The last few times we have been here had been horrible customer service.I Dont know what have changed.Customer service starts with listening so you can get the order correct. management is Horrible Everytime I ask to speak to a manger same person.I Hope you train your employees Better and actually care about your position as a manger.Your team is a reflection of you.I Honestly want be back because both times I been there Just terrible.(April 2026 May 2026) Deuteronomy 28:3

  My wife and I stopped in for a sweet treat after dinner, and unfortunately the customer service was pretty disappointing. The manager working the front greeted us with a blunt “Yes?” instead of a normal welcome or asking how she could help. My wife asked for a small twist cone, and the manager responded with “we don’t have chocolate.” My wife asked a follow-up question about whether a twist cone was still possible, and the response came back in an even more irritated tone. What really stood out though was watching the manager reprimand an employee in front of customers and eventually send him home while talking down to him. There weren’t many people in the store, but it still felt like that conversation should’ve been handled privately. I honestly felt bad for the employee. The ice cream itself was fine, but the overall experience inside the store wasn’t great. We’ll probably stick to the drive-thru next time.

  I had the most amazing experience here! The manager Alice went out of her way to be kind, helping me by opening doors, bringing me my food, and simply making me laugh. This positive attitude was shown to me and everyone else. The food was amazing as well. You all are rocking it out of the park.

  This DQ (and the owner specifically) is amazing! I love stopping here for a blizzard after a long day. The staff is always sooo kind to me. To top it all off, the owner of this place is a very generous man who was so kind to provide a sweet treat for the center I work at. The people here certainly appreciated it! We love your employee Alice lol, and definitely will continue to recommend this place. Thanks Phil!

  My husband and I and our 4 kids dined in and the staff was so nice!! The cashier was friendly and the food came out fresh.. our kids enjoyed their blizzards while Christian/pop music played. I don’t leave many reviews but we really enjoyed our service thank you.
