But still order in person. After I then ordered online, I had to ask for forks and napkins. They said they were out of forks. But you people were eating with forks inside.

- MPMichael PalenaAug 16, 20262.0As a longtime Chipotle fan, I was so excited that Manor was finally getting its own location! Unfortunately, this branch hasn't lived up to expectations. I'm hesitant to order a burrito here, as it doesn't seem like any of the employees know how to roll one properly. Most of the ones I've received have had a split in the tortilla. Moreover, the food itself is very bland here. I can't put my finger on why, but the same order I get at any other Chipotle just doesn't hit the same at this location. I am hopeful that these are growing pains that will improve with time, but as it stands, I still find myself going to Pflugerville or other locations when the Chipotle urge hits.

I’m seeing that they are making fresh chips I asked if they can bag some. I was told they were for to go orders only. So I had to order chips on the app once I paid for my food inside. Staff rude I will go to stone hill location from now on!!!
