I've experienced too many chic fila establishments that have it all the way together but unfortunately this one does not. 4.0 stars is wild. If I can read on my receipt/sticker what I ordered I kind of expect the employees to put what I ordered in the damn bag. It's been countless times of not getting what I order, from going in person to ordering doordash. How do you miss putting a WHOLE meal in a bag thats listed on a ticket? The mobile order line should definitely be moving faster than those just hopping in line as well. I hope than can get it together.

I was met with him rolling his eyes and taking care the people who had walk in after me who were not even at the register. I step over to try to get another worker’s attention to get my order. He interrupted me saying he can help right after ignoring me and not checking on my order until after I asked someone for the second time. which made everything take longer.
