The manor location is the one I visited and this time I went inside but the service is just as great as the drive thru. From the manager to the cashier everyone is courteous and respectful. I did observe and yelling of orders or shouting of instructions nothing but service. Our cashier was very respectful and kind while wait for my order. Shout out to MS Mauri for helping me and Being awesome . Dining area and restrooms were really clean.
Visited the recently opened (nearly 3 months) restaurant, great breakfast food, the service was efficient. Ordered biscuit and gravy combo and a chicken sandwich. Coffee was decent, overall the food was good, excellent price value. The biscuit was fresh but I felt a taste difference compared to the ones I have had on Houston. Worth a visit for sure, though a drive from main Austin as it is located in Manor, on the outskirts.

I haven’t eaten in a Bojangles since the ‘80s, when I was stationed in Norfolk, VA. They offer breakfast foods all day long and for lunch & dinner, the offer is tenders and a variety of sauces for dipping. We ordered the 12 piece tenders, two sides, five different sauces and came with a half gallon of iced tea. Our sides were dirty rice and baked Mac and Cheese. Amy took our order and served up. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of what is on the menu.
Just tried Bojangles for the first time. I absolutely loved it! The biscuits are amazing. The manager/owner found out it was our first time and offered us one of their blueberry biscuits and it was fantastic. The tenders were also outstanding and bigger than you get at other places like Cane’s or Zaxby’s. The seasoning on the fries was great too. I also tried the Bo’s sauce and Peqch Hot Pepper sauce which were both unique and very good. The customer service was fantastic with multiple staff coming up to ask us if we needed anything. You definitely need to go and try it out. Now they just need to build one closer to me in the New Braunfels/San Marcos area.

I had to go to Manor for work today, and was super excited to get some Bojangles Fried Chicken, which i get every time that i travel to NC. Unfortunately, when I arrived, i discovered that this location only serves chicken tenders, not full pieces of chicken. While the tenders were flavorful, they were lukewarm. Service was fast, but the dine-in atmosphere was definitely negatively impacted by the line supervisor
Who was VERY loudly barking orders at the rest of the staff and the fact that the men’s room door kept sticking open, the paper towel dispenser was empty, and the toilet paper roll just sitting on top of the dispenser instead of properly installed in the dispenser. Given that this is a newly opened location, these should not be issues.
