  Tried it since it was new to area...food was ok...not good enough for the cost though...very limited menu....it was just eghhhh!!!

  The chicken there is pretty good I had the chicken sandwich what are the PA systems on the outside is a little spotty and doesn't work right I don't know about the other one but at least they were able to get my order out in a timely fashion

  The food is always awesome but I worked over 10 years in fast food I can tell when people don't clean the tea nozzle I can bet there's build up in them by the taste and smell. I went to get soda instead there was no CO2. So I just tossed the cups and left. If y'all want good tea you gotta take the nozzles apart they just unscrew from the tea handle. Nother pairs better with chicken than tea as a drink. Again the food is great and the staff is always nice helpful and friendly. Leaving with out a drink is kind of ridiculous though. I would of asked for help but I know if the CO2 is out it's one big tank for the whole store. So soda wasn't an option. Also if the tea that's put for the customer is bad I'm sure the Erns behind the counters are just the same.

  So when I heard Bojangles was coming to Austin I was pretty excited. I had them in Houston and was highly impressed. So when I got to the Manor location I saw about 4 people in line I said okay no biggie. As I waited in the drive thru the line grew bigger and bigger. After 20 mins the line still hadn't moved. I wanted to leave but I had no where to go. So I stayed in line. Finally after about an hour of waiting I was able to get my food. Once I got my food I began to eat some fries and they were barely even warm also were very hard to chew very disappointed at this moment. I also ate my sandwich and rice all barely warm aswell. I also got the boberrie biscuits barely warm aswell. Overall was very disappointed in the food. The quality was as low as it could get and the wait time was horrible. The next day I woke up feeling weak in my body also throwing up constantly and using the restroom alot. Well after a doctor check up I was told I had food poisoning. Ive never had food poisoning and this was one of the worst experiences of my life even to be told it was minor case. So thank you Bojangles and if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will never return to this place ever again.

  I had been meaning to try this place since it opened less than a year ago, and I finally decided to give it a chance. Ordering online for pickup was easy. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. I arrived about five minutes after the app said my order was ready, but I waited another five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. For a moment, I wondered if I was dead. When someone finally came to the counter, I was told my order wasn’t actually ready. I ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes before receiving my food, and even then my drink was missing. I also asked about the dressing because I didn’t see it in the bag. The employee assured me it was included. When I got home, my husband and dad were waiting for lunch. My dad had only ordered the macaroni, and unfortunately, it was missing from the bag entirely. This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve had in Manor, and I’ve lived here for over a decade. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the long wait, and the incomplete order made this a very frustrating first visit.
