  Drinks are great but I don’t know about customer service. I was waiting in line for a long time while multiple cashiers having a lengthy convo with the car in front of me, I was next in line and they tell me they need to abruptly close and the car in front of me was the last order. Was so looking forward to the coffee I wish they would’ve told me a lot sooner they were closing instead of just chatting and wasting my time.

  Usually I’m at this location 6:30a ish no issues. This morning there was an accident so got there later than usual the inside lane was long so went on the outside.. only 1 person taking orders with the ipad so they took all the long line orders even the ppl that came after me. Sat there a while the guy taking the orders was awesome doing his best. I paid via applepay the pad said it didn’t get my $ but clearly it did so I showed proof well eventually after I was sitting never actually moved up…the next person a girl with a very distinct mole came and said she needed to collect payment before she would give me my coffee..I told I’ve paid. She didn’t understand that so I said it again she gave me attitude. I showed her she said ok whatever. I told her y’all are slow today I need to go so is that it she started mouthing off and as I was heading away she yelled have a good day. I get it.. it’s early etc but legit the outside line never moved. I’ve never had this type of service they are rather slow and given they don’t have order ahead I avoid going but usually I have pleasant workers.

  Love coming here!!!! Best matcha and really cool friendly people. They always have good recommendations! I ended up getting cloud 9 matcha and it’s SO good and sweet. I’d take this over Starbucks any day!☺️

  The employee in lane one interrupted me while I was placing my order and then left. Meanwhile, two other cars in the same lane had their orders taken, and I am still waiting just to place mine, despite being first at the window. This happened at 6pm Sunday.

  Love it and we always get great customer service and great laughs, Eduardo, Oscar, David, Lennett and a few other ladies are always so kind and make us great coffee! The consistency can be off some days but it's ok. The fun gifts on some days are also cute. I'm missing some names of other workers but keep up the great work 7Brew! Happy this is finally in Manor!
