  I understand that they close at 10 p.m. and that the two girls wanted to leave, but I got there at 9:45 and they had already put everything away and were cleaning. I just feel like if the posted closing time is 10 p.m., customers should still be able to order until then. It was pretty disappointing to show up 15 minutes before closing and have some available.

  On such a gloomy day, we were met by Leah at the 7brew located in manor, tx. Leah was the sunshine needed through the storm we were traveling through. Leah has great customer service and attention to detail by correcting a drink that was made incorrectly. Vote for Leah!!! 🫶🏽

  First time trying this location and it did not disappoint! Our drinks were fire and the environment was great! Leilani helped us at the window and she was so sweet and friendly! Her service was amazing and drink recommendations were delish. Will definitely be going back!!

  Probably one of the worst 7 Brews I've been to. Staff doesn't know how to take orders in order of vehicle arrival in lanes. I sat in the closest lane and watched 6 cars back in the opposite lane get all their orders before our lane moved 1 car. Sat in line waiting for over 30mins. Unexceptional. Management...do a better job policing your staff. Either corrective training or replace them. Also a correction in scheduling to accommodate the busy times would be wise.

  The folks over at 7 Brew really are just the bees knees! I have never had a bad experience. I’m truly so happy they opened in Manor. The staff are an absolute delight! They truly exemplify what customer service should be. Always a greeted with a genuine smile! Always a friendly and upbeat. Always courteous to their customers. They also keep their kitchen space clean too! Which is amazing in this day and age! And too top it all off, their products are delicious. Whether it’s an iced coffee or tea, I’m never disappointed. ☺️☺️☺️
