We called and they explained we had to come back to the store and pick it up. My wife drove 25 minutes to this location and upon arrival they had not even started to remake the order and acted like we never called. After over 20 minutes of waiting she was finally given the rest of our order. Seriously disappointed with this experience

The manager Cameron is an exemplary leader who motivates the staff to maintain high standards. I have never encountered any issues at this wing stop, and I’ve been going there for awhile. And more than half the time it’s never ready when expected time, usually waiting an extra 10-20 minutes. I really hate leaving bad reviews because i get people have bad days or slammed with orders. However, this has been consistent for this location and has happened the last 3 times we’ve ordered.

To make matters worse, I was missing 5 wings that I had paid extra money for to make them flats. How can you take an additional 25 minutes to make the food, just to forget half of it? My sauced wings were drier than the Sahara desert. The employees here are the most incompetent humans. It would be more understandable if they were teenagers, but every person was a grown adult. Worst location ever!!!!
