I was overwhelmed by the menu—it all sounded great—but thankfully an employee named Joe was there to guide us through some great options. Let me tell you, we have had some of the best BBQ in Texas, and this place really impressed us. True Texas BBQ, and Joe’s friendliness and genuine personality, led to a phenomenal experience overall. This kind of service is why we come to H-E-B, and we look forward to our next meals at True Texas BBQ!
