  Had the worse experience. Employees kept walking past me without even acknowledging me. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes until my husband asked if someone was going to take my order. Finally took my order and I’m assuming out of spite they added ginger to my drink that did not have ginger! Will not be returning to this location.

  An employee decided to give my buffalo chicken wrap to another customer, I then proceeded to ask for another wrap as a replacement to the one that was devoured by another customer. I was told that I have to settle it with the customer myself, instead of handling it with the assistant manager.

  Delicious açaí bowls, when they are available. Last two times to the store they were out of all bowls.

  Wanted to love it, but the experience was extremely subpar. I visited this location on a Friday afternoon, And there were three employees and around two guests at the time in the restaurant. I waited at the terminal for about five minutes until one of the managers came up to me to take my order (all I ordered was a wrap). After doing so, I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to wait for my wrap, meanwhile drive thru Orders took priority, With approximately 3-4 orders passing through the drive-through in the time that it took for me to wait for my single wrap. I asked the manager if it would be faster if I went through the drive-through, and he Informed me that it would take ‘the same amount of time,’ Even though I saw drive-through orders pass with at least 1-2 sandwiches and smoothies per order (while I was waiting). The quality of the food was subpar as well, leaving a sour finish to an already sour experience. Giving equal Treatment treatments to walk-in and drive-through orders would resolve these discrepancies, allowing for an increased customer Experience. I will likely not be returning, unless I’m willing to wait 20+ minutes for a wrap.

  I stopped by Tropical Smoothie while waiting for my shift to start, and the employee Kindle was super friendly and welcoming. They noticed I was waiting around and made sure I was taken care of with great customer service and a positive attitude. It honestly made my day.
