  Horrible experience here. Crappy customer service all the way around. They messed up on our order and when we needed it fixed they just stood around staring instead of seeing what I needed. I stood at the counter forever and all they did was avoid me. Then my husband got up and asked them out loud if they could fix the order instead of apologizing the old Hispanic lady who looked to maybe the manager gave him attitude and demanded her associate to take over. Not once were we rude or disrespectful. It took them 15 minutes to just fix their mistake. CRAPPY PLACE

  This Taco Bell foods quality has gone down the drain. The food is thrown together by children, the manager is a kid as well. They vape and curse in the parking lot. Tonight’s experience was absolutely horrible. Hands down the worst food I have ever had, everything was stale and tasted weird. Couldn’t even finish my food, that is hard to accomplish. I’m at a loss for words.

  Worst Taco Bell experience in all of my life, no joke. Put in our order at 5:30 as the only ones in the lobby. 30 minutes later we check up on the order and it wasn’t even started. A man who just clocked in immediately started working on it thankfully. 2 minutes before our order was ready, a girl helping with the tacos said “be right back” to her coworker and was immediately heard throwing up in the bathroom. You really can’t make this up. Sure being sick isn’t controllable, but wow it just added to the ambience of the exisiting problem. Received the order at 6:10. Got home and the tacos had inconsistent beef portion sizes, and the dessert empanadas were literally rock hard - thought my teeth were gonna be damaged so just threw them out. This place used to be good, but did the manager change? Cause this is horrible now.

  Primero estuve esperando el el drivetru por mas de 5 minutos ,y luego la comida Por unos 10 minutos lo cual se me hace demasiado malo el servicio

  I came on Saturday around 9:06pm the line did not move . 9:29 I was able to put my order in but the line never moved . It should not take 35+ minutes to get Taco Bell this is ridiculous. Like the line didn’t move at all , I’ve never waited 45 plus minutes
