  Ordered from Pizza Hut on 04/22/26. Their website processed my order but never let me pay, so I called the store and paid over the phone. I was told everything was good. When the DoorDash driver arrived, he refused to give me my food because his app showed it unpaid. I spent 15–20 minutes at my door trying to fix THEIR mistake while my food got cold. Called the store again, and instead of making it right, the manager refused any credit and blamed the situation on a “system issue.” He even tried to label me as a problem customer, which was completely unprofessional. Bottom line: broken ordering system, poor communication with delivery, and even worse customer service. Mistakes happen—but refusing to fix them is unacceptable.

  I always order a carry out, in this particular branch of Pizza Hut they always sell an old dough.. I don’t care if your business is slow, all what I care about is the Value for my money, and expecting you to serve me the Pizza Hut quality.. The manager offered to replace my Pizza?? Why you are doing this in the first place?? Besides I don’t have the time to waste waiting for a replacement for the shitty quality you offered!! No wonder Pizza Hut is going down!! F. Y. Pizza Hut
