  I just went into an empty drive thru, when I got there the automatic greeter said it’s thing and then no one said anything, I said hello multiple times until finally someone picked up and said they apologized but their systems were down and they could not process any order, when I asked for an eta for their systems to go back up they again just didn’t say anything, I was going to go into the lobby but all the employees were in the back no one seemed to be watching the front of the store, when I finally saw an employee they basically ignored me and had AirPods on as they proceeded to walk out into her vehicle with another coworker. No one bothered to ask me if I needed assistance.

  Dirty tables and poor service. I once saw a customer with no shirt. Worse place have tried to order food. I left with my family, both times.

  Walked in the dining room at 1030pm on 6/13/2026, and our family was going to eat here, but half the tables were dirty with pieces of food on them. That is just disgusting and makes you absolutely lose your appetite. Plus it makes you wonder how clean they are in the kitchen if the tables look like that. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

  I order one of the World Cup meals and two hot and spicy and when I got home they only gave me one.

  Fries we good and that was about it. We came to order a basket of fries and a sweet tea. The basket of fries they gave us was not even half full. We had to drive back around and order another fry. We order a large and that was even half way filled. We also ordered a dirty Dr pepper and they gave us a regular Dr pepper. The cashier lady was very rude as well. When we drove back around the second time she immediately became more rude as soon as she heard my husband's voice. But the fies were well salted and hot, so I suppose that was a win.
