  Went into Jimmy John’s at 8:30pm for a takeout order even though they don’t close until 9pm. I ordered one Italian Night Club toasted, waited for the order to be completed, and only then was told they had already turned the oven off for the night so my sandwich couldn’t be toasted. They also said they were out of pickles and onions, and I couldn’t even choose my chips because they wanted to give them to me from the back so they don’t have to restock the front. If you’re still open for business, customers should be able to order from the full menu. Shutting everything down 30 minutes early is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I got home I realized the sandwiches were made incorrectly and were missing meats — they only had ham and salami on them. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience with poor communication, incomplete orders, and staff clearly trying to close early instead of serving customers properly.

  I placed an order on my app however I was disappointed that my sandwich was pretty flat did not have much on it. I also asked for extra pickles and I barely had any pickles on my sandwich. I also asked for no onions and they put onions on it. I normally love Jimmy John's but today was not their best.

  Staff was super nice, but… I have never been inside of a Jimmy John’s as long as I was here waiting on my food. And that includes the 1:30 in the morning, bar closing college rush at the original location in Charleston.

  Delivery sucks now that they are using Uber Eats/Grub Hub/Door Dash, and their prices have gone up because of it. I've been waiting for an hour to get a couple of sandwiches delivered 1 mile. When the owner actually paid delivery drivers it would arrive in 10 minutes. I used to order from these guys all the time. This is the last time.
