Many of the individual packages of chips (mostly the Nacho cheese and Texas corn chips) are stale, very old, even though the box expire date is Oct2026. Threw out the whole batch! HEB needs to do some quality comtrol on tbeir in house brands!

My experience this is normally the result of a lack of Leadership (expectations are as important as continuous training). My suggestion have the store Manager analyze your reviews once a week, not a report from Corp. H.Q. that has been scrubbed clean! Set a day and time frame one of the Managers just goes out and talks to customers! Unprofessional Butcher, and helpers. All I asked for was a Brisket point, after waiting 10 min and No follow up I gave up. Ainsworth meat market is a better place for customer service!
