  We just love this location. We use them for our regular shopping needs, but recently they went above and beyond. Sadly my dad recently passed and we needed some assistance with his celebration of life. We used the deli catering and the food turned out amazing! The bakery helped us with good options for the amount of guest that we had coming. We also used the floral shop and they created the most stunning arrangement to display around my dad’s urn. Thank you all for everything! We are so incredibly grateful.

  Update- Wednesday new ad 10:30 am Ad items out of stock. No ribs or pork tenderloin. No action from store to make things better. District manager needs to get involved and get this resolved. Meat market issues. I was in the store at 11:30 AM first day of ad. Every section for ad items were blown out. Chicken and pork products were completely empty. This is probably the 6th time this has happened since going to this store. Somebody needs to take charge and make sure you are ordering enough product for the ad. Never had any issues at other HEBs.

  The personal shoppers are making shopping annoying. Hige carts. Never paying attention to where they are going. Never apologize for being in the way. They all look annoyed to be doing it anyway. Just terriblr. They need their own place to fulfill orders. We drive 30 minutes to shop here, usually at different days and times to hopefully make it enjoyable. Very rarely do I leave pleased.

  Lots of choices for.prepared meals, decent fruit and vegetable selection. App is a little strange to use as it let's you add payment method but you can't use it to pay (according to the cashier). Apparent you have to "clip" coupons in the app. Would rather just pay less overall as prices were a bit high overall. Still it's only the 2nd time shopping at a HEB, might take a bit to adjust.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Magnolia location (13663 FM 1488). I was shopping with my trained service dog, who assists with crowd control and panic attack alerts. In the dairy aisle, a child suddenly ran toward us, and my dog barked once in response. He was fully leashed, under control, and I immediately picked him up. A blonde, white male employee who appeared to be around 6 ft tall aggressively told me to leave the store immediately and continued following us all the way out, making me feel intimidated, unsafe, and extremely uncomfortable. The way this was handled was completely inappropriate and could have easily triggered a panic attack. The situation became so distressing that I was forced to call the police. This treatment toward a customer with a service dog is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of staff training regarding ADA rights. Management needs to address this immediately.
