  We love the store but the customer service has been less than desirable. Too many youngsters socializing at the register, and some are outright unfriendly. Maybe look into hiring older staff that appreciates the value of a friendly face and attention to detail.

  I am a 58 year old man that has known and shopped at HEB as long as I have been able to shop. Today I went in to the store in Magnolia, Texas to purchase something. Before I went t o the register, I noticed the customer service line was small. So I went to ask the young lady if they were hiring night stocked positions because my 19 year old needs a job. She was real snarky and spoke back saying that I needed to go the website and fill out and application. I explained to her that my son had already done that. Then with another sparky attitude she told me " we dont do that way anymore. I politely ask her who was the manager in today. She stomped off from behind the counter while looking back and saying, he is just going to tell you the same thing. I could see her in the reflection of the office manager s window door, rolling her eyes and shaking her neck. I Henry Edward Butt was alive today, he would have fired her on the spot. I do not I understand what is wrong with the young people in this generation. Don't they realize that they represent a company and customers pay their checks?

  This location has a large selection and the produce is usually great! Good customer service so far, and I don’t see any employees puttering around- they all seem to be working diligently. On the rare occasions that human mistakes have understandably been made, all involved were rapid and polite in resolving the issue.

  The Lady who Was giving my mom card back to me was Rude on the phone an hang up I had to drive their to pick it up yall should fire her and get an different Service girl. Even tho my parent was out of state they gave it back to me when I got there and asked for an ID I shown her my mom other ID She gave me that look smirk I think yall should hired better people I thankful she gave it back but im still upset how Rude she was.
