  Literally every single time I come to this location, the tables and floor are filthy, the food is just okay, and the customer service is lousy at best. Had to sit outside in the heat to eat because it was SO dirty inside. Done with this location!

  Rude staff. Picked order up in drive through and an item was left. Walked in to get the rest of my order, the associate at the register walked away when she finished the customer in front of me. Never asked if I needed help, didn’t even acknowledge me. Finally someone asked the associate if I was helped and she said I was with a group in line and I said out loud I wasn’t with anyone else, came from the pick up line and needed my missing item. Had the bag with the partial order along with my online order I placed to show the missing item. The associate said it was someone else’s responsibility, she passed off the order to someone else and that associate rolled his eyes and fixed my item and out into the counter. There was no apology, no acknowledgment when I walked in to retrieve my missing item. I was treated like I was putting them out by asking for my item and have no idea they have a job in the service industry. The staff were rude and poor customer service. They clearly do not care to help people and shouldn’t work in the service industry.

  After getting back to town after a long weekend we decided to order in rather than cook or go out. Ordered 2 adult entrees and 2 kids meals and large chips and queso and guacamole for delivery. $72 before driver tip! However, we were tired and hungry and decided to just do it this time. Unfortunately, the order did not contain the large chips we ordered for the guac and queso. We ordered tacos instead of a bowl or a burrito and the tacos weren't even wrapped well, half opened in the bag. And one of the kids chocolate milks had a hole and leaked all over the food in the bag. And, of course, there were no napkins in the bag, because apparently people who work in these places don't have common sense or common decency, or maybe the cost of napkins and plastic utensils come directly out of their paychecks! I guess $70 for fast food for a family of 4 doesn't warrant items like paper napkins. All of this, and the food was already cold when it arrived...less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant. Tried to call the restaurant and got an automated receptionist and then placed on indefinite hold!

  First me and my husband have to walk through glass all over the front door just to even get in. Never have all the protein, always out of something. I never come in here where there is a clean table. I came it got my food cleaned my own table because ever single one had something on it. As I’m eating an no one came in got atleast 15 min every employee stood behind the counter, not one caring for the dirty tables, food on the floor.
