  This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. They are always out of something. I have giving them multiple chances hoping things would get better but it never does. Chances are over after tonight. I have gone in and they were out of chips one day, another day Guacamole, next time chicken, next time carnitas. I would give zero stars if I could. It’s always a mess and dirty and then the staff is so rude. I have to always ask if they are out of something before just in case I have to go somewhere else. I got to the Conroe location and they look at me like I am crazy to ask that because they always have everything. The manager is failing at this one. Tonight I walk in and they are scrapping at the bottom of the sour cream so I ask if they have more just in case. Every single topping was at the bottom and he rudely says yes but I don’t have time to get more but three workers are standing there. Then he asks what I want and I say two bowls and a burrito and I go to say on the bowls. He goes no we are doing the burrito first. I say I would rather do the bowls and he goes nope we are doing the Burrito first. Then I get my burrito and two bowls. They put carnitas on one bowl and then but a pinch on the other bowl and say they are out and have no more. I say that isn’t enough carnitas on that bowl. It was just rice and a very very small amount of carnitas. For sure not enough for the price. I ask You don’t have anymore and they rudely say no. Then stare at me like what else do you want? Not saying a word or offering a solution. I ask if they have anymore on the to go line they have to the side and they don’t even look and just say no. So I just walked out and won’t be back to that location again. To rude and are always out of everything to spend my money there.

  this was the WORST food I have ever had in a very long time. it was putrid. may terrible, smell, spices. heavens sake. stay away from the protein bowl! they should call it the sewer bowl. my kitchen still reeks.

  We are regulars at this location, great food, and staff. German the GM is always very friendly and hooks us up. 👌

  food was amazing but employees were extremely hostile as soon as we got there and was getting irritated when i kept asking for stuff in my bowl. when we got done eating my friends dad went up to go ask for a bag and the employee raised her voice saying “anything else” with an attitude. when we walked out i went to set down and the floors were disgusting and i was already seeing employees leaving. will not be coming back.

  I politely asked an employee if they could clean off a table because every empty table was filthy. She said she’d ask someone but never did. I ended up cleaning off a table, myself. This location is always filthy and there’s about 10 people behind the counter, two of which were standing around most the time. They are looking out into the lobby and it doesn’t dawn on them that their restaurant is gross? Tables are filthy, food and trash on the floor throughout the entire restaurant, trash overflowing and employees that stand around, oblivious. There were only a couple other guests at this time, there was definitely opportunity to clean up. This is every single time we visit this location.
