  My family & I went to eat for a late lunch around 3pm today, originally had an accident dropping 2 of our items. The kind young man Aiden doing drive through was quick to listen closely and help re-make our food. He brought it to us at our table, helped clean up trash we didn't want, wonderful service. Made sure to thank him before we left!

  Nastiest chipotle I’ve ever stepped foot into. Workers standing there gossiping rather than actually cleaning and working. There was an awful aroma with the place. This place is a health hazard. Don’t go here, do eat here, hell don’t even think about this one. (Get your stuff together. The store was nasty)

  Completely rushed. One of the employees started speaking over his coworker with the utmost impatience. He then rushed through making the bowl and proceeded to seal it and give me attitude saying he knows everything that’s on it and forgot two ingredients. No one was on the same page and all talking over each other. Coke was out let us order it anyways and when we brought it to their attention just said yes we know….. completely useless and uncoordinated. The staff needs to be retrained on customer service and efficiency. I have never had a worse experience at chipotle

  Good food, but I lost my keys and when I tried to call to check if they were at this location, I was not able to get ahold of them by the phone number provided in the app OR by calling the customer service rep that the number directs you to. Their corporate Customer Service rep told me that there was no actual way to call the location and the best they could do was to send an email to management or to go up to the store in person (mind you I was only driving by and not staying in the area) incredibly inefficient and absolutely appalling that there is no phone number to call for something like this. Foods ight tho, just don’t lose anything there.

  This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. They are always out of something. I have giving them multiple chances hoping things would get better but it never does. Chances are over after tonight. I have gone in and they were out of chips one day, another day Guacamole, next time chicken, next time carnitas. I would give zero stars if I could. It’s always a mess and dirty and then the staff is so rude. I have to always ask if they are out of something before just in case I have to go somewhere else. I got to the Conroe location and they look at me like I am crazy to ask that because they always have everything. The manager is failing at this one. Tonight I walk in and they are scrapping at the bottom of the sour cream so I ask if they have more just in case. Every single topping was at the bottom and he rudely says yes but I don’t have time to get more but three workers are standing there. Then he asks what I want and I say two bowls and a burrito and I go to say on the bowls. He goes no we are doing the burrito first. I say I would rather do the bowls and he goes nope we are doing the Burrito first. Then I get my burrito and two bowls. They put carnitas on one bowl and then but a pinch on the other bowl and say they are out and have no more. I say that isn’t enough carnitas on that bowl. It was just rice and a very very small amount of carnitas. For sure not enough for the price. I ask You don’t have anymore and they rudely say no. Then stare at me like what else do you want? Not saying a word or offering a solution. I ask if they have anymore on the to go line they have to the side and they don’t even look and just say no. So I just walked out and won’t be back to that location again. To rude and are always out of everything to spend my money there.
