  I’ve visited a lot of 7 Brew locations, and Magnolia is hands down my favorite! Peyton helped me today, and her energy was everything. She was so friendly and made the whole experience feel fun. 🤩

  I visited 7 Brew for the very first time this afternoon, and unfortunately, what I expected to be a fun and enjoyable experience turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had in my 64 years. I am usually a Starbucks customer, but my granddaughter insisted that we give 7 Brew a try. So, despite my hesitation, we pulled into Lane 2, excited to try something new. Almost immediately, a young woman with pink hair came outside to take our order, and from the very beginning, she seemed visibly annoyed that she even had to come outside and speak with us. I tried to brush it off because, of course, everyone can have a bad day. However, things only got worse. My granddaughter and I were asking her for recommendations because we had never been to 7 Brew before. We simply wanted her opinion on what drinks we might enjoy based on what we told her we liked. I would think that someone who works there would be the BEST person to ask for help, especially at a place that prides itself on “cultivating kindness.” Instead, she rolled her eyes at us and made us feel like we were an inconvenience for simply asking questions. In my 64 years, I can honestly say I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect by a fast-food or drink establishment employee. I understand that people have bad days, and I always try to give others the benefit of the doubt, but there is absolutely no excuse for making a customer feel unwelcome, especially during their very first visit. What makes this even more disappointing is the fact that 7 Brew presents itself as a place built around kindness, positivity, and creating a welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that was not what my granddaughter and I experienced today. I will be coming back again because I believe in giving businesses another chance, and hopefully, I will have the opportunity to speak with a manager about this particular employee. I sincerely hope that this experience is addressed, because no customer should leave feeling the way we did today. Needless to say, my first impression of 7 Brew was anything but kind.

  I’m unfortunately taking back my 5 star review due to some issues I’ve had at this location recently. I’m a first responder and get the discount every time whether I am in uniform or not. I have to carry a uniform in my car at all times in case I am called into work. Normally this has not been an issue at all the other locations. At the magnolia location, it really depends on the server. Most of the time the servers are rude and the drinks are subpar. Really disappointed in my last visit. Am I only a first responder while in uniform? I hope this issue gets corrected so I won’t have to drive so far to a good seven brew.

  Rude employees. I’ve only ever been to 7 Brew once. I wanted to give it another try, so I decided to go to the Magnolia location with my family. I had been feeling a little uncomfortable eating out lately because of some recent TikTok videos about people’s food being tampered with. I was already a little hesitant, but I’ve always had really good service at Dutch Bros, so I wanted to give 7 Brew a try with my husband. The parking lot was completely empty, and I wondered if they were even open. We pulled up, and there were two teenage employees. As soon as my husband rolled the window down, one of them said, “F*** no,” and walked off. He probably didn’t think we heard him, but I heard him loud and clear. The coworker he was with had an embarrassed look on her face, so I’m pretty sure she was wondering if we had heard what he said. Yes, I did hear you. I could only assume why he said that, and it honestly made my heart sink. I immediately felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will never go back to this 7 Brew location again. Do better.

  When they get my order correct I love the product however I will not ever return. I have several issues that make it so I cannot have sugar or caffeine. They just can’t get the order right and send my sugar spiking! I stopped going for a long time and then finally returned and ordered my usual decaf sugar free blondie, I get to the window and Carlos tells me they are out of decaf, I respond just refund it, then he asks can he give me a drink, I said that’s for a medium, my order was for a large, then he brings it back again and wrote something on the card, I say again just give me a refund you don’t have what I ordered, he then says I’ll have to refund the entire order I said fine and bill me again for the the other 2 drinks I ordered, then Tristin comes out and stares in my window and starts talking crap, I asked for a manager and he said Patrick left I said is there a number I can call to reach him when he’s back and they so no, when I asked Carlos what his name is he said what’s your name. These kids there are the absolute most disrespectful rude I’ve ever come across. I will never return. There’s no one in charge, they could care less they’re dealing with people’s health and they just don’t care.
