TERRIBLE service.. everytime I come here my drink is either wrong, given to the wrong car, or just rude customer service in general.. I suggest a new wave of employees or some more training because itās starting to get ridiculous!

The wife and I went for the first time a few days ago, and a girl named London helped us out and found drinks that weād perfectly like as well as a few suggestions for next time! 10/10 experience, We will be back

Normally I order when I come but today I was just a driver for a friend who wanted 7brew. We stopped at the magnolia location as it was the closest. We usually come to this location often and it is a great experience! Today for some reason the lady who was taking orders on lane 1 had a terrible attitude. Iām not sure if she was having a bad day, but she ruined the entire experience. We pulled into lane 1 since it was empty. I stopped at the line that says stop. We sat there for maybe 2 minutes waiting for the lady to come to the car to greet and take orders. For some reason she yelled āare yāall done looking yet?ā We replied we were ready to order. To which she said āwell then scoot up hereā the distance between us was maybe two feet. I imagine she couldāve instead just came up to the car and greeted us normally instead of having a nasty attitude over me moving my car up two feet, if there was a line sure I understand. I was the only car in lane 1 at the time. I love 7brew and if we come back to this location we hope itās NOT the lady who talked with us today.
I will never darken the stall of this place again. At 915pm pulled in. I asked our lady if we were ok on time being it was after 9, we are mindful of not wanting to keep people there past hours, she says yep! Asked about the energy offered for the smoothies, once told the energy would take away from the creamy smoothie decided to not take that route. Worker inside was furious as she prematurely poured an entire can of energy in an order that did not yet exist. And yes, we sat there somewhat astonished at the hostility. I asked the order taker, why did they do that? I was feeling uncomfortable with the way the staff was reacting. We hadn't placed any order, just inquiring. She, with the passive aggressive voice stated "we are frustrated as we are trying to close". I was so embarrassed, she had said they close at 10. I never go get a coffee or smoothie. It was supposed to be a one time treat. I apologized for being an inconvenience to the business and drove off. Confused and embarrassed. The establishment closes at 10. This was now 920pm. I can respect wanting to be ready to close. I understand being frustrated at the job. We are low key people. No trouble, humble and kind. Always tip. This made us feel terrible. I did reach out and the response was thanks for your inquiry, we will share with the staff for more training. People either like their job and working with the public or don't. This broke my heart. We did not deserve this treatment. š„

The order takers and Baristas are great. Butā¦.the ridiculously loud obnoxious music that is blaring in your face as soon as you pull up makes it almost impossible to communicate with anyone at your window. Customers really donāt want to hear music blaring so loud that you canāt even hear your passenger trying to talk to you when attempting to order coffee. Playing music is fine, but they should really be more mindful of the volume.
