  10 minutes to get a Diet Coke from the time that I placed the order and checked in. I ordered no food. just a drink, and it took 10 minutes. That is ridiculous. It is excessive, and it is poor customer focus.

  Best sonic I've been to in awhile the only problem i had. I had to drive 30 minutes to a small town to get good service and great food

  I waited 15 minutes for a frozen refresher and a pretzel well that was my order. When I finally got to the window I could tell right away she wasn’t having a good day. No smile no happiness just the look of I don’t want to be here. She was making other drinks then when she got to the window she said an order that wasn’t supposed mine. I said no I ordered a pretzel and a frozen refresher she didn’t have it and had to look at the older tickets then said hold on and closed the window. I had an appointment at 5 and it was already 5 and I ordered at 4:45. So I had to leave. Very disappointed

  The food is okay but the speakers dont work when you go to order!
