  Ordered mobile and they stated they couldn't find my order. They told me they couldn't fulfill it and they didn't try to help. Waited a long time for them to figure it out and they weren't to friendly.

  So I stopped by to eat some breakfast this morning, and what I thought was going to be a peaceful morning turned into the total opposite. I was enjoying my food when there happened to be an incident with a lady’s order. Something about them accusing her that someone already had picked up her order, to which she said it wasn’t true. Instead of the management team handling this with respect and class it felt like the manager acted child like. At one point stating he was not going to give her food or a refund. The lady began crying and honestly I get her. Because at one point when the male manager eventually ordered for the food to be made, he told her “do you want the food or not!” When she simply demanded respect. All I have to say is this manager has a lot to learn about customer service.

  Stood in line to order and waited almost 10 to place my order. Constantly looked at by the shift manager and the cashier started taking my order and walked off twice to take care of other orders that had been made incorrectly.

  No tomaron nuestra orden porque el chico del drive trhu no hablaba español, la cuestion es que ni si quiera nos dirigio la palabra, pasamos a ventanilla y nos hizo una seña que pasaramos a la siguiente ventana y ahi no nos quisieron tomar la orden, que teniamos que volver a la linea y pasar de nuevo por el drive trhu, perdi tiempo y me fui sin comer por no capacitar a sus empleados

  By far the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a curbside order through the mobile app for a faster experience and ended up having to wait 30 minutes just for a cheeseburger and fries. Walked inside to retrieve my order and the dining room was a mess as well. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.
