  Asked for a water cup couldn’t get one when she clearly had several cups in front of her I just don’t understand customer service these days when some one asks you for a cup you give them a cup not give them some lame excuse

  Presented the cashier with a $50 bill and was told they can't accept this bill, only $20 and below. No signs posted anywhere. Being I worked for a financial institution for over 20 yrs this blows my mind. The gentleman was nice but claimed per policy, the manager said no. Please understand that pens and security features and teaching staff on signed of counterfeit can be trained and your bank will accept $50's. It was also mind blowing to see 4-5 employees behind the counter and only the 2 gentleman actually working. One female employee walking around eating a cookie while both of the tea canisters were completely empty at 2:30pm.

  The 1 star is only because I have to in order to leave this review. Stopped in after doing some shopping in Walmart . Which was also a pointless trip I know better . I usually just go to Silsbee Walmart it's so much better. Anyway Hannah was terrible you could tell she could care less and only asked the questions she had to. When I asked for lettuce she clearly saw the bad black lettuce right on top . Instead of at least taking it all out she just set it back down and picked some up from right beside it and put it on my sandwich . I did not stop her because I wanted to see just how far this would go. . Skip forward . I get home and sure enough rotten lettuce needless to say it was thrown in the trash. . 2 lessons 1st one Walmart in Lumberton is a waste of time except for the pharmacy part and second I will just continue going to the subway on Main Street where Ms Lyn and all those ladies are . .
