  Food was good as usual for Chick Fil A but that’s about it at this location. Ones in Beaumont have way better service and are much more efficient. Had to go inside to receive my curbside order and they didn’t even put sauces in bag so had to go back inside again.

  I came to this location for the first time today. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich combo with a sweet tea. It was the best one I've had at any location I've been to! It was hot, juicy and full of flavor. Perfect! The two down sides I had however, they didn't ask if I wanted and ketchup or sauce and didn't put and in my bag. The other is that the lady that took my order made the ordering process so difficult. Like she wasn't understand what I was asking for. Overall though, great food!

  Kids love the simple playground design. Service is fast at 1:30 pm. Erin was extremely kind and kept our table tidy while we enjoyed our food and jept us topped off. She is not the first person to be so kind.I would say that the current rating is extremely critical and feel the location needs a second chance on that. I would caution against waiting on people to read your mind if you want a drink refill also, as i found myself waiting around instead of just hollering. Just seems like these reviews are people popping off ugly remarks for no reason. Sometimes you need a reminder of what we have closer to Silsbee Kountze and Lumberton now, and it is nice. I would say go check out a local competing franchise and see how fast you get your food and if everyone greets you with a smile and "have a blessed day." Not saying it doesn't exist but let's not compare chic fil a to a steakhouse. Kind of wild. Great job Chic-Fil-A.

  I had a really disappointing experience with Chick-fil-A in Lumberton. I was shorted on food in my order, which was frustrating to begin with because i live 20 minutes away. I tried to resolve it by calling the number on my receipt, and I was told they would send me an email to fix the issue—but I never received anything. Hoping to get it resolved, I went back to the store in person and spoke with a manager. Didn't get her name. Unfortunately, she told me she couldn’t help me and that I needed to call the same number on the receipt again. It’s disappointing that such a simple issue couldn’t be handled either over the phone or in the store. I expected better customer service and a more proactive effort to make things right. Sadly, I will never go to the Lumberton location again. I still have the receipt by the way!

  Don't get in a rush. No, really don't get in a rush. I don't know if all of the employees are given sedatives or they are just typical of Lumberton foodservice workers. But this is by far, the slowest CFA in the world. Every other one I've visited has efficient and fast operations down to a tee. No matter if the store is busy or slow, your order is ready to by the time you get to the window. This location operates on the opposite of that principle. It's not fast food, it's more like lethargic food. I really think they have low sugar or something. There are times I've contemplated taking a nap in the drive-thru while I'm waiting. I'm all about some Jesus chicken, but I'd like to get mine before the rapture. Otherwise, the food is good. Typical for CFA. Service, which is where they truly excel, is below average. If you are in a rush, stop at the Beaumont location. If waiting in a drive-thru and getting to watch the workers age before your eyes is your thing, them Lumberton CFA is the place to be.
