The boy claimed to be the Shift Leader and refused to give us his name. He even told my wife to leave after he was rude and disrespectful to her. I doubt we will be back.

We literally walked out, stood there and no one acknowledges us. There are 5 of us. 1st trip we had to ask for someone to clean up throw up. They saw it, just did nothing! Lady and her kid ran out embarrasses. The manager was in the office every time we have been. They should be out front, greeting people and making sure the teenagers that are working, are creating people, cleaning when there is down time and being friendly.

For those Southeast Texans, who may have never experienced a B/R, it's on a par with Marble Slab. The Lumberton location is in the former Pizza Hut building along with Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street/Hwy 96. My only concern is that they seem to be understaffed at times.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
