    Had an amazing night at Arby's tonight. Today was Arby's birthday, and we went to celebrate. The team members were great, and even cracked some jokes with family. It was genuinely a fun time on what my daughter dubbed the Arby-versary.

    Used to brag on this location and was happy to have it. Something has drastically changed here and now it is awful. I could check my mobile order in and there would be an arm with the bag hanging out the window by the time I drove around. My last 3 mobile orders over the course of the last 6 weeks have all taken over 20 minutes. Everyone is clueless in there now. No idea what happened to the crew that used to kill it. This location is officially out of my rotation.
