  Lines were pretty long first thing, quickly figured out why. Nobody was out taking orders for like 5 minutes aside from the ones at the front of the line. Finally one person came out and she was rude. Asked what number and I asked my daughter if she wanted to use her number she said yes so I started to say it and my daughter chimed in and finished off the last few numbers because I couldn't remember and the girl interrupted her and very abruptly said "which one is it?!" So i told her, it's just the one we are telling you to which she replied by making her eyes big and rolling them. Then the 2 cars in front of me had to send drinks back and wouldn't you know- so did we. The kids at the chekout said "what do you want to bet these drinks arent ready yet too" and went to check- they weren't, so they would have won that bet. Nobody inside or bringing drinks out had any sense of urgency and after sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes that was frustrating. Had to wait on a second card reader because the first one wouldn't work. They brought out 2 drinks that weren't ours while we waited on our correct drink. Then they brought the correct one out, sat it on the table 2 feet from me instead of handing it to me and yelled at someone else to give it to us. Finally someone comes, grabs it but stands there and has a conversation with a coworker about how funny a drink was somebody ordered. Then tried to find out where our drink went and we had to tell them. My 7 fizz soda had next to zero flavor in it at all. Pretty much just carbonated water. My daughters drink was so strong with flavor she couldn't drink it. So $10 wasted. We had to stop at the next gas station and throw our drinks away and go in and grab a drink there. Super disappointing and honestly would rather just drive to orange 7brew over this one ever again.

  I stopped by 7 Brew Coffee and had a wonderful experience. I originally had no idea what I wanted to order, but the staff working there were so kind and respectful. They took the time to chat with me, give me ideas, and help me figure out a drink I would love. I ended up getting a caramel hazelnut iced coffee with caramel syrup drizzled in it, and it was absolutely amazing! Fast service, the nicest employees, and a delicious coffee. I will definitely be back!

  Waited in line for coffee that tasted watered down and with a splash of milk. Barely any creme brulee flavoring if they even put any at all. They need to adjust or check if they added in the flavoring. Was disappointed ended up going elsewhere that has consistently good coffee.

  First of all, the music was blaring, and I think some of the issue stemmed from that. I could not hear the girl taking my order, and she couldn’t hear me. I had to correct her 2 times, and we still ended up with the wrong order. The flavor was fine, and Thats the only reason it didn’t get a one star. Even if everything was good though, this still isn’t 5 star coffee. Turn the music down and get orders right, and maybe it’ll be atleast 3 star worthy.
