  I arrived at 20:10 to order some spicy chicken. The team worker informed me that it’ll be 20 minutes, then followed up stating “our cook stops cooking at 19:00. You came at the wrong time”. I have never experienced customer service like this before. I definitely felt like an inconvenience smh. Won’t be going back!

  I was blown away by how easy it was to order online—no glitches, just quick and simple. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and that sweet tea is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find a place that gets the food, the drinks, AND the tech right. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  At the drive thru they give you a different price. And when say what the employee rolls her eyes at you with price 18.00 dollars for a Student special which is 9.00 dollars. Then she sends someone else to give me my receipt. Then I say I don't want it. Then the so called manager comes up and I try to explain to her what her. Rude person did and she yells from BEHIND her manager you should say something nice. I got the smallest pieces of chicken ever.
