  Placed an future order today for 12 and when I arrived the pizzas were ready and appeared to have been for some time. Once I got home I immediately noticed the pizza appeared to not be as fresh as one would think and the crust was visibly not the same all around. I plated 2 slices and took a bite of pepper and pizza and when I sat the pizza back down I noticed what appears to be mold on it. I went and looked at the other slices and the other large pizza I ordered and called the location and spoke to Raymond about the issue. Raymond told me it sounded like flour and they had just got dough on truck today and minimized my concerns and lacked any empathy for someone to have consumed the pizza. I asked well what you want me to bring the pizza back to which he stated yes and I said I would do that and to have his area managers name and contact information ready for when I arrived. Upon arrival he inspected pizza so what I had spoken about took pictures and sent to Taylor. He then called Taylor (phone on speaker) and told her he sent pictures to which she then said she didn't know what is was on pizza. He asked if I wanted him to remake pizzas or for him to void transaction to which I stated void the traction. I then asked for area managers name email or phone to which he then gave me the name Taylor first but then wrote Devon once I said I want the individual over the store. He said he wasn't able to give the contact information to which I asked what about when someone complains Taylor still on the phone asked what I wanted to which he told her and she told him to get my information or I could come back again at 4 when she is there. I can't believe how nonchalant both of these individuals were and how they lacked any sense of customer service or satisfaction. Will update if I receive call from anyone in regards to the matter. Update I received a call from Devon after filing complaint on Papa Johns website and the consistency of the lack of care for me tells me I will no longer purchase this pizza or even recommend. I'm disgusted totally that a business of this magnitude is ran this way.

  Went for pizza and had the worst service I've ever experienced. They Seriously need to work on customer service. Music videos on tv was explicit not suitable for children. We're definitely not buying from there again.

  I placed an online order for pickup, as I drive up to the place the majority of the staff was outside. When I get out the car they go back inside (without washing their hands) I go in and address the two that came in from outside not to handle my order because they didn’t wash their hands . One was already kneading dough , one was dealing with boxes telling me he wasn’t doing anything I replied didn’t matter you needed to wash your hands when you came back in.they tell the manager what I said she came in washed her hands with a attitude . Later smarts off and say “she can go somewhere else and next time I’ll put dump on her pizza”. I don’t advise anyone to eat at this establishment. EVER!!!!!!!

  People very friendly & nice. But I stood in the store with one other customer for 30 minutes + when I asked them when 3 other people got food before me when I ordered mine first they said that theirs was ordered online. Like mine didn’t matter since I came in store!! So I let it go than I got home after waiting 30+ minutes for ONE plain pepperoni pizza, I open my box to find that my pizza wasn’t even cut!! Also the customers calling would not get answered because they said that they didn’t want to answer it because they have orders already!! Pretty sad if you ask me. But overall the food is good the service not so well!
