  The doors were locked when we tried to get into the restaurant today. If you have posted business hours you should abide by them. Will not be coming back to this location.

  Since they filled my cup 3/5ths, I think the best course of action is to the give 3/5 stars. The drinks are incredible though!

  The service is very disappointing. One of the cashiers was extremely rude, and the overall customer service was poor.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’. The service was incredibly poor—staff were rude, dismissive, and even raised their voices instead of trying to help resolve a simple issue. It felt like no one was willing to listen or take responsibility, which made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what you expect when stopping in for something as simple as coffee. Customer service clearly needs serious improvement here—whether that means better training or changes in management, something has to change. I won’t be coming back at all. I will make it known to the community too.

  Wow, the service at this location is awful! I placed a mobile order that didn’t go through apparently but they took my money out of my account and when I get to the speaker they’re immediately rude keep repeating we don’t have a mobile order and I’m like okay let me check because the money came out of my account… they rushed me to the window just to keep repeating we don’t have a mobile order with attitude the entire time. I’m like okay and go park so I can figure out what happened. Meanwhile every employee in that dunkin decided they’re going to rush to the windows and take pictures of me and my car and just watch me the entire time I’m trying to figure out what happened. I tried to place the order again, and it happened again where it took my money but continued to say I had no order. So I decided I was going elsewhere. As I’m leaving they’re recording me and still looking out the windows. This is just awful service!! I didn’t even do anything to them. I should have been the one recording the lady speaking to me the way she was! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this Dunkin. No worries I still have corporates email and will email and call them again.
