  Ordered the brisket sandwich meal and some cheese sticks. My name was called out before I even got my drink filled. I thought how could they do the fries and cheese sticks soo fast. Less than a minute. Well, that's because both were cold. Obviously neither had been just put in the fryer. They were not busy at all, no reason to have food items ready and sitting. I finished filling my drink turned to get my bag and the worker already walked away not even asking if I needed any sauces. To which, I should've asked for the spicy BBQ sauce the sandwich is supposed to come with because it was not in the bag and I didn't notice until after leaving. So, cold fries, cold and stiff cheese sticks, dry and crunchy microwaved brisket, and no bbq sauce. Almost 20$ for that experience.

  I just drove over an hour out of my way while traveling thru the area just to eat here and use my coupon on the app to be told they don't accept them. That would be helpful to know on the app, I don't have an Arby's anywhere near where I live so I was excited. I ended up not ordering anything and am pretty upset about it. Thanks for the heads up Arby's! 1 star service for sure. What a joke.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE. Had my mind set on Arby’s during a long drive. I waited over 5 minutes before being approached by a team member in an empty store. Entire staff was all sitting at a booth talking. Ridiculous.

  The employees needs more teasing or hearing aids, I ordered a #4 breakfast, ham, egg and cheese on sourdough, but I got a dam chicken biscuit
