  Shout out to the girl with the goddess braids that made my burrito. She filled it up and wrapped it like a PRO. It did not fall apart. It was so good she wasn’t skimping. Evenly distributed.

  This store might be the most stingiest or incompetent I have ever been to. Time after time my online orders are missing items, and skimping on portions even when if you order extra on everything they still somehow give you 3 pieces of chicken and a half empty bowl.

  My family and I have been coming to this Chipotle regularly since May 2025, when we moved to this side of town, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots. We visit 2–3 times a week, and every single visit has been consistently great. The manager, Martha, truly makes this location stand out. She took the time early on to remember us, which means so much, especially when you’re juggling a busy family schedule. She is always incredibly kind and welcoming to our young daughter, and her warmth really makes each visit feel special. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we expect from Chipotle. The restaurant itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. On top of that, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and quick, even during busy times. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such great service and quality so consistently. We’re very grateful to have this location nearby and can’t recommend it highly enough!

  I always have a great experience at this Chipotle in Lucas! The restaurant is consistently clean every time I visit, which I really appreciate. The team here is fantastic—friendly, professional, and clearly well-trained. Even when a manager isn’t around, the employees stay focused and provide excellent service. The food is always hot, fresh, and prepared just right, which keeps me coming back. It’s clear that this location takes pride in both their food and their customer experience. Highly recommend!

  Good evening! I don’t normally come to this location very often, but when I do I would normally receive somewhat decent customer service, but my most recent visit was my worst experience ever at ANY chipotle location, not only was the environment very dry and not pleasant but the manager By the name of ” Martha “, had made my bowl but she seemed so ignorant and upset while making it, she gave me a very rude and disrespectful tone while asking me questions and was trying to rush me to get me to finish my order. I don’t think she was wearing a hair net because after I opened my bowl once I had left, I noticed there was about 2 pieces of hair inside it, and she was the only one who had made my bowl. I’ve read some of the reviews and it seems like this isn’t happening to just me but more people around the community. I hope something gets done about this location and particularly their manager “ Martha “ . I know some of my family comes to this location so until something gets done about this manager, me and my family will take our business elsewhere!
