- DADweeb AEtoday2.0My wings were kind of disgusting... All I got where these little nubs that were difficult to chew. Fries also had a disgusting amount of salt. What on earth are y'all doing? However, my food was prepared pretty fast. I have never been in person though.
- BBBridgetteSep 10, 20261.0Rude, extremely unprofessional, uninformed/unprepared staff “Management” wearing FILTHY clothes and is unable to communicate or resolve conflicts/care for customers and especially DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY Ordered online before closing for Doordash delivery- order was never made and the staff lied to the delivery driver that the food had already been picked up! Received a text from the driver saying the staff is stating someone had already picked up the order Tried calling wing stop to have them remake the order, but they don’t answer the phone. However, the driver handed her phone to the staff and I was met with the most unproductive and unhelpful interaction I’ve ever had trying to get a solution to a problem. Dasher states that when the staff printed the ticket to show her it had been picked up she received a “your order is ready for pick up” notification at the time it was printed- which begs the question: was the order ever made? Food was paid for. Order never arrived. Staff knows order didn’t go out. They asked if I wanted a refund and then took my phone number… still no refund.

Unfortunately, this was the worst wing experience I've ever had. The wings were soggy, had an unpleasant odor, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. I've eaten at the Wingstop in Plainview, TX before and had a much better experience, so this was surprising and disappointing.Based on this visit, I won't be returning. There are too many other places to spend your money on better quality food.
