- MLMisty LocklarOct 3, 20261.0Absolutely irritated and will not order food from this location again . The lack of customer service is insane . I ordered from door dash and was missing French fries .. I called because I wanted the situation fixed . The female that answered first responded by did you check the bag .. umm absolutely I did . It was one bag and a foil pan , so yes I looked which wouldn’t be calling if I hadn’t looked . After that I proceeded to explain that I paid for delivery a tip and the food I didn’t get . She said we could come pick it up . My husband went to pick up and was treated horribly , and we ordered two meal packs each included large fries and they refused to give two fries , so he did get upset and they proceed to threaten to call police . Fries ?? If you did your job we wouldn’t be there to pick up said food . I called back after he left unit receiving one order of fries because she wanted to argue we only got one fry . Literally the bag delivered showed two fries on the receipt . When I call back and ask for a manager I was explaining the situation and the female who was the manager hung up the phone and when I called back multiple times the phone was answered and hung up . Worst customer service ever !!! Over giving us French fries we paid for !! Never will order from here again and reported to corporate .

The service was great, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepped and sauced/seasoned well and everything. Only thing was that the drink station was a little dirty but they were busy so what can you expect? Definitely recommend trying this location in spite of the rating!
