Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I was just at this location, in the drive thru. I had about 5-6 people behind me and 6 people in front of me, who had already received their orders. As I tried to order, they informed me they could not take anymore orders due to “weather”. It was raining, had been raining for an hour or so. Not sure how this affects the inside of the building or kitchen whatsoever, if they want to close the store and go home, they should have done that. I drove in the rain, just fine, why could they not make an order in an indoor kitchen? Manager was rude when I asked for a reason to which they couldn’t prepare my order. Do not go here, there’s better ones nearby with better management.

This is the only Whataburger in town that’s consistently performs from a standpoint of speed, quality and service. The employees are always smiling and willing to provide actual service which is rare in this town. 5/5

Ordered tonight and had 2 ranch and 11 ketchup missing for a family of 5. Literally no sauce for anyone.
This is why I never order from this location but decided to give it a second chance after not ordering there for 3 years.
