  The last couple of times I have been here have been terrible. One of the times I went there cashier sacked the groceries so bad that the store manager saw it and forced her to resack it. Today I was going through self checkout and the 1st register added my rewards on there and then the register froze up and they moved me to a 2nd self checkout register and it took my rewards away because it thought I used them on the 1st register that froze. So then they moved me to a 3rd register and said that would add the rewards back on if I could show them in the app where I clicked for the rewards, but I couldn't show them in the app because the 1st register took them before freezing and the cashier saw it with her own eyes and wouldn't fix it. At some point I've got to stop shopping her. They will probably put a reply on here about doing the right thing and making it right but it's all lip service from an extremely poorly managed store. If I knowingly took something from the store without paying for it, I would be prosecuted but they can steal my rewards under the guise of register error without consequences.

  United used to be my favorite place to shop. Until Albertsons got involved. If you have gone to the Market Street at 50th and Indiana you will see that the store is undergoing a major remodel. Remodeling/updating is all good. However when you completely rearrange a store that people have been shopping at for years and make a shopping trip a game of hide and seek, you're going to upset a lot of people. I spent 30 minutes and asked 4 different employees where something was that I used to be able to walk right to only to find out they are no longer carrying the product. I have been reluctant to give HEB a try, but that has changed.

  grocery pick-up /waited 30 minutes for order!called 3 times before got order. called main store said would contact pick-up.did not happen. will never use pick-up again!

  Just pitched 2 lbs. of fat in the garbage from 2 3lb. "tubes" of ground beef I bought at United, on sale yesterday. Literally, solid chunks of fat inside the tubes. So much for buying ground beef on sale! Never Again!!! United has progressively gotten worse since they were bought out. Is there no such thing as Quality Assurance anymore? Thank goodness H-E-B is here.

  I’m so disappointed. I got a cake from the bakery and asked the young man working to write Happy Birthday with my husband’s name on it. He took it and started writing on it. He stops and says that he can’t fit my husband’s name on it and asked if that was ok. I said that was fine and he gave me the cake. I took the cake despite its appearance because he was the only one working and probably wouldn’t have been able to get someone to do it. It’s just frustrating because this is the cake for my husband’s 60th birthday. 🤦🏻‍♀️
