- JAJessica AllredMay 3, 20263.0Store is ok, some times there aren't any body to do carry out and thats fine but I also have to bag my own groceries too. Also if you go through the self checkout and then the cart locks on you at the door your shins will hurt. Fix the baskets.

- JDJeremy DesmaraisApr 15, 20261.0The United Grocery store is good, Starbucks inside of it is a different story. I went in today at 2:40 p.m., and proceeded to Starbucks. Nobody was behind the counter, and the one female employee was sitting in the dining area on her phone. She saw me standing there, and got up to help me. I ordered a tall pikes place (basic black coffee), and she tells me they don’t have any coffee brewed at the moment. Now, instead of offering to brew some, which by the way, she already should had some brewed considering she had time to relax and sit in her phone, but she didn’t offer to brew any and just gives me a dumbfounded look. Walked out without anything. By the way, I turned around and saw the girl go back to the dining area and sit down again.
- JKJohn KingApr 2, 20261.0Customer service has really decreased. I've been shopping at the 82nd and Frankford store for years, and after today I guess it's time to change. I went in this morning to order a breakfast burrito and I was the only person in line. The guy working there was doing something on his phone and never looked up until another employee came over and said something. He then walks up and just looks at me. When I realized he wasn't going to speak, I told him what I wanted. He points behind me and tells me to get one of the pre-made burritos. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. This is just the latest negative experience with this store.
