    Third time was the charm at this location every single time I've been here employee at the window has been rude does not listen on orders do not try to even initiate it and they will double charge you and keep refund for more than 48 hours and say well we fix the mistakes sorry

    Waited for several minutes before even being acknowledged even though there were 4 people behind the counter. Once the man came to take our order he was rude. I ordered the limited tiki torch wrap with fruit and kiwi quencher smoothie. My husband had the Jamaican jerk wrap with chips and sunrise sunset smoothie. He was never offered an option as to which chips despite a variety behind the counter. When the orders were brought out they put plain potato chips with it, again not asking if that is what he wanted. The fruit is a granny Smith apple wrapped in saran wrap. The smoothies were good, but the food is mediocre. The tiki wrap is spicy, but the Jamaican jerk wrap was very bland and the rice slightly undercooked. On both the lettuce and tomatoes were so hot they turned to mush. It is so loud between the music, equipment, and air conditioning in the building you can barely hear the person beside you.

    Went in last week,July 15th,2026. Ordered strawberry smoothie, it was so watery,no favor,too watery. Bought two, two came to app $17.00. Will not go back

    Of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafe's in Lubbock, this one is staffed by the most careless employees. Acai bowls half full. Missing drizzles. On the inverse, smoothies too full and the cups sticky. And everything. EVERYTHING smells like onions because they don't change their gloves/wash their hands. Gotta love the pungent odor of onion when trying to enjoy my half-full peanut butter protein bowl (with no PB in it). Total clown show compared to the one on 82nd.

    I work for doordash and I went into pick up an order for a customer. When I walked in , I was three minutes early for the order. And I stood at the counter , there was approximately 5 girls behind the counter, I can see everybody.I can see everything they can see me standing at the counter.Nobody greeted me , nobody asked if I was there for a door dash knowIng they could see it right there on the screen that there was a door dash order i could see it on their screen myself yet I was completely ignored. After standing there for 2 minutes after the order was supposed to be picked up so i've been standing there for 5 minutes already with nobody saying a word to me. And i'm the type of person to be respectful and not be rude and wait to be greeted. The whole time I was standing there.The order that I was there to pick up was ready sitting there next to the register at the drive thru. I waited for them to come assist me while that order sat there while they made all the orders for the few cars in the drive through. Then when they came up to me finally to ask me what I needed , I told them that I had a door dash order and that I was not happy with the service that I did not receive. And that nobody greeted me and it was rude for them to ignore me and also that my order sat there the whole time while they ignored me. I could have delivered so much faster to the customer had they greeted me when i came in because the order was already ready for me to pick up. But it wasn't sitting in the place where you pick up the door dash orders.It was behind the counter next to the register at the drive through. , it's terrible service to have that many people and not greet a customer when they come in and stand at the register for that long. Not only does that affect my time as a door dasher , it also affects the customer's time to receive lunch and their order in a timely manner.
