  this location pretends they are closed an hour before they are supposed to close. they play it on the speaker and don’t respond. this has happened several times now. it happened tonight on 5/4 at midnight

  I don’t usually leave reviews but this was one of the worst experiences ever. I ordered ahead and got a cheese quesadilla, nacho fries, and the Cinnabon delights. I get to the window and the first red flag was, they give me someone else’s order, I tell them, and they tell me to pull around to the front. I waited for 10 minutes or a more, and they finally bring me my order and when I get home…this is what my quesadilla looks like.

  I got an online order crunch wrap and there was no meat or if there was i sure did t see any im not a vegetarian im a carnivore place is always dirty inside and just nothing says or pops out that you should eat there like what's up with the amount t of veggies ypu put on the tacos for real you guys dont give hardly any meat on the crunchy taco just a mouthful of lettuce like if I want to just eat lettuce I could go to the store and buy a head of lettuce and add taco sauce you guys can do way better than that

  This is the worst Taco Bell in Lubbock, Texas. They are constantly getting my order wrong constantly forgetting things in my bag and when I called, they act like it’s no big deal for you just to come drive all the way back to get your stuff. This is unacceptable. I didn’t say anything the first three or four times but this is getting ridiculous. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning when they are open as well, as trying to speak to a general manager
