  I drove up there at about 11am and they were closed. No explanation on the window or anything. All the lights inside were off and appeared that no one was there. So it's not like they were about to open or anything. Today is September 12th.

  Ordered all of my tacos meat and cheese only and every single one came with lettuce and or tomato. Waste of my money :(

  This use to be a good store idk what happened but I will never return there the last 2 times I've been my order is completely messed up and today I get this as a burrito I will drive the extra distance and go to another from now on

  Cold food. They didn’t take our order right. Did not get all of our food. BIG WASTE OF $46.50. I would have been better off going to taco villa and they are CRAPPY TOO!

  We were at the 50th street location in Lubbock, Texas and ordered At approximately 12:05pm. The sheer amount of incompetence was astounding. After waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come take our payment, as I was paying with cash, we left at approximately 12:40 p.m. with no food because, at 12:40 our order still had not even been started. Anyone that entered the restaurant after us received their food before we did. We waited for over 30 minutes and, the worst part was, aside from one lady working behind the counter, literally everyone who has asked about our order, simply shrugged, enrolled their eyes. I will never visit this location again, and every one of those employees aside from the lady who tried to help should be fired.
