    I ordered a sandwich on the app and forgot to click the toasted option. I politely asked if they could toast it or remake it because I am pregnant and cannot eat cold lunch meat. I’m aware it was my mistake however for the lady to rudely tell me no and say she cannot remake it is horrible customer service. I work in customer service myself and have never ever treated a customer the way she did me. I have customers ask me all the time to do things that were no fault of my own and I have never refused. It’s just pure laziness and so rude. Not to mention this location has messed up my order several times and I have not noticed until I got home and have had to just deal with it with no complaint.

    This is my first review but needed to be said even with how how small it is. This restaurant will just not give what you order and will not say anything about it. On multiple occasions I have ordered cookies and they will just throw in a random cookie or none at all. I hope the manager can see this and inform his employees to just communicate if they are out of a certain product.
