Walked in and was greeted. To about 5 minutes to ask what we wanted and we were the only ones in the building. My CO worker said what he wanted and when she asked me I said I'm not sure cause I had to much time to change my mind. She gave me a dirty look and said I just need to know what bread again I said I'm not sure. When I finally told her, Vanessa skipped my order to make one for the drive thru. Took about 10 minutes to get back to my sandwich then another 10 just to get what I wanted on it. I say there to eat for about another 45 minutes and during this time not one of them changed their gloves Vanessa nor Alasay. Food came out cold even though it had been toasted. They were rude none the less.

My favorite Subway in Lubbock. I've never had a bad experience here, and the staff is always kind to me. I couldn't recommend this location more. I always come back

I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located at Frankford Avenue and 66th Street in Lubbock on June 15th around 9:30 PM. I arrived to pick up a prepaid order and sent my son inside with a screenshot showing the order details. The employee refused to release the order and insisted that I mark the order as “picked up” before receiving the food. After several minutes of confusion, I went inside myself to resolve the issue. The employee then stated that screenshots were not accepted and that they needed to see the actual phone. I politely asked whether this was an official Subway policy, as I have picked up orders from other Subway locations in Lubbock without this requirement. At that point, the employee became rude and told me not to “catch an attitude” with her. I explained that I was simply asking a question and that customer service should remain professional. Another employee behind the counter stated that it was store policy. When I requested that they release the order so I could be on my way, he refused and stated that my son would need to delete a video he had recorded. I informed them that he would not be deleting the video and again asked for the prepaid order. They continued to refuse to provide the food that had already been paid for. The entire interaction was unprofessional, frustrating, and unnecessary. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when attempting to pick up an order that has already been purchased. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service and refusal to provide a paid order.

we were picking up an order the lady and the boy that was in this video was very rude. Refused to give us the order, said as they would not give us the order unless they deleted the video they are very rude. I do not suggest this subway do not ever come here. I didn’t want to delete the video because I want to show the people how rude. these employees are.
