  Absolutely atrocious service! A 30-minute wait only to receive cold food, topped off by an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Zero customer service, zero accountability, and an overall disappointing experience. Sonic, what an absolute downgrade! This location seriously needs to reevaluate its standards.

  I ordered a meal online and realized I ordered a diet Dr Pepper and I asked to have it switched for a regular for pepper the carhop said ok went inside came back out with what I thought was a regular Dr Pepper but when I got back to work saw that it was the same drink that was given to me the first time a DIET DR PEPPER and I took my food out the tater tots were hard and cold! It’s too early in the day for cold food mind you it’s 10:30am! smh I usually go to the sonic on 50th and Indiana! Lesson learned I will not be returning to this location! Do better

  First off, idk who he is but the guy wearing the black shirt in the morning, Steven (I was told) has 0 customer service. Practically threw my food at me and walked away without a word, got to do better. And now I order food and the bread is as hard as stone, what a waste of money, couldn't even eat it at all. Some carhops are great no complaints on them, at least they have some good service besides you Steven (I believe that's your name). I mean that.
