  Absolutely terrible. Food was gross customer service was worse. I tried asking for normal dipping sauces with my meal and was told it’s $.50 per sauce. Which is insane considering we are allowed 3 sauces per meal. Mind you I ordered the extreme basics like ranch and ketchup and was not excessive. I can order online and it’s 3 sauces per meal no extra charge. Tried speaking with someone about it and was rudely shut down and ignored. Tried calling to politely speak about it and when the manager answered I asked how he was and was trying to be understanding only for him to tell me he’s busy cut me off and hung up. Don’t recommend at all. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life so I am not naive but the blatant disrespect and hateful behavior is unacceptable. I never like to leave these types of reviews but you’re better spending your money elsewhere where. There’s way more respectful kind people who serve delicious fresh food for the same price.

  Customer service is terrible. Ordered 2 dr peppers that tasted terrible like it was just carbonated water I asked if we could get different drinks the man over the speaker said it looked fine coming out.. he ended up getting us sweet teas per our request… tea’s were no good so I pressed the button once again and he continued to tell me that it tasted fine to him so I asked for my money back I didn’t want any drink just my money back they had very bad attitudes about it and ened up giving me a refund after us being there for 20 minutes.

  This location consistently gets my orders wrong. Unfortunately I’ll be going to a different one from now on.
