  Poorest customer service I have ever seen. They forgot an item in my order. When I called to ask about it, they didn’t care and didn’t even offer an apology. The lady hung up on me and they wouldn’t answer when I called back. The food was bad too. Ownership should be ashamed as this was on a Friday night when they should be busy and they weren’t. I know why now. Lesson learned

  I would call but Verizon is down. Please learn to get an order right. It’s not a hard job, it’s easily trainable. I’m sure there are picture references all over the assembly line. Kids shouldn’t be handing food off before it’s been actually grabbed so that it almost falls in the customers lap. And if somebody orders a sauce or onions…it should come on the food. You have an incredibly limited menu. Do better please. I’m embarrassed for your manager.
