  Giving a five star shoutout to Hope, one of the carhops at this location. Y'all truly have a gem in her, she is always smiling, remembers names and people, stops to make sure I have everything I ordered including condiments. I rarely get her but it's always so pleasant when I do! Your other carhops and employees however could stand to learn from her example. I almost always order a chili cheese dog. I also almost always ask for at least two mustard packets, because I've learned I'm lucky to get one. Most of the time (90-98%) I do not get the packets I request. Is there something fundamentally wrong with being able to scan an order and make sure the packets or sauces requested by the customer are included? It should not be the responsibility of the carhop to check orders they don't fulfill. It's obnoxious to request a condiment and never get it. It's not that hard to check an order and then to toss it in as requested.

  When u go to sonic you ask them to please drop 2 fresh corn dogs and you are willing to wait the 8 minutes for them to cook cause u dont like the holding tower corndogs or redropped corndogs and they still bring your order out within 2 minutes. You already know they ain't fresh especially when you worked at sonic for 10 plus years. And the coneys look like they been dropped in the grease and not on the roller or when the coney wrapper is smashed on the cheese so when you pull it out you have chili dog and not chili cheese dog. I mean come on this second time for this one will try a different location next time carhops are friendly drinks and milkshakes are good .

  I am disappointed. I ordered 2 of the #1 Spicy Smashberger. I ordered from the feature trailer on the menu. I was expecting bacon, pineapple/jalepeno sauce, pepper jack cheese but I only got double patties, cheddar cheese, pickles & bun. I expected more because it said so on the feature trailer. The burger was not spicy. I guess that I had to pay extra for more toppings, but this was not explained to me.
