  I ordered online. When I went to pick up the order, I was very pleased. The drink was exactly the way I wanted. I asked for extra pickles and I was not disappointed. I am extremely happy with the service. Thank y'all.

  Ordered a hot fudge sundae and got a hot mess instead. Just look at what I received compared to what it’s supposed to look like. The presentation was nothing like the advertised product, and honestly, it was very disappointing. I understand things won’t always look perfect, but this was way off. Do better, Sonic. I expected a lot more for what I paid..

  My wife was craving a Sonic burger so we took advantage of the special and got two for lunch. Underwhelming would be putting it lightly. The buns were cold and dry, the burger was lukewarm at best, and the tots had been out of the fryer for awhile. The only redeeming part of the meal was the Asian Chili sauce for the nuggets/tots. Very disappointed. Update, since the original post I have spent the next 20+ hours with a severe case of FOOD POISONING.
